Experience of delivering inspirational engagement activities in the outdoors <br />
Have good people skills, enabling good working relationships with those in your team and across the property and outside the Trust <br />
Have good project and event management skills and experience <br />
Have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to time manage projects successfully <br />
Have a flexible customer focused approach with experience in delivering high standards of customer service <br />
Experience of working with and supervising volunteers, and an understanding of the importance of the volunteer journey</p>
