Job Description:-
Axis machine & Programming for Stone artifact ,programming for Machining with CNC.To extensively use PowerMill/ WCam2K/ Rhino softwares. Translate instructions - Works from blueprints, sketches, work orders, charts and verbal instructions - into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function. 2-3 years (Preferred). Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as profiling, drilling, grinding,
Etc....

1) Produces stone artifacts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine Maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

2) Plans tool inventory by checking tool stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed tool stock; indenting for the required tools; verifying receipt of tools .

3) Programs Wire profiler & 5;3 Axis CNC by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; providing part programs.

Pay scale :- CTC will be approx 40K to 60 K.(We are flexible about salary for deserving candidates)
Location :- Kota (Rajasthan)
Education :- should graduate (B.Tech.) But we are looking for a person who can actively participate in the CNC Machine program.
