Job Requirements:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy, International Customer Support Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. We value what makes you unique.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls and chat with international customer to promote and sell a product or service.
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customers base while building new customer base.
• Monitor competitor’s products or services and create selling strategies for own products or service.
• Handle customer needs and requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
• You will get the generated leads and convert into sales.
Key Requirements:

• Graduate or an undergraduate can apply with a minimum experience of one year.
• Experience in handling an international client’s outbound calls or product sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and positive.
• Good convincing power.

1 year of experience in collection process

Night shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00AM (one side cab& rotational off) 5 days working. 9:00 PM to 6:00AM (Both side cab & rotational off) 5 days working
