Salary: Rs 2.5 to 3.75 Lacs C.T.C. P.A
➢Handling shipments as per SOP.
➢ Coordinating with local supplier/customer on the load plan and arranging necessary transportation for loading
➢ Planning and Logistics which included Transportation Fleet Management, end-to-end coordination
➢ Arrange/coordinate trucking pick-ups and delivery appointments with inspection of trucks and stuffing of goods properly in order.
➢Direct contact with shipping line, container booking, managing transporters, submitting shipping instruction
➢ Survey of condition of cargo stored in a warehouse to check for any damages to notify Management
➢Managing with freight forwarder & warehouse team for stuffing, lashing, and cross-stuffing activities at our best to meet Client’s needs and delivers better service
➢ Handling accounts on a day-to-day basis, preparing cost sheets for all shipments (LCL/FCL)
➢Preparing all pre-shipment & post-shipment documents for Imports & Exports
➢ Preparing Certificate of Origin and various certificates required for Import & Export shipment
➢ Assist in tracking shipments
➢Managing all marine insurance & in-transit insurance policies
➢Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of space for storage of in-transit cargo
➢Managing& ensuring compliance with all Government compliances pertaining to chemical imports & storage
Required Candidate:-
• Education: -Graduate
• Age:- 25-35 years
• Technical Skill set:- Computer proficient
• Work Exp:- Minimum 2 ( preferably in the relevant department )
• Language skill set :- Fluency in English Language (Spoken & Written )
• Other attributes:- ASelf-motivated individual with a pleasant personality
