JD for Sales Co-Coordinator
Vendor registration & pro forma invoice, dispatch documents, deals with customers and dealers / representatives / transporters.
Responding to sales queries via phone & e-mail.
Responsible to create opportunities/ quotes in ERP.
To coordinate with production/sales team for effective & timely execution of sales order and ensure the work execution complies with contract & tender specifications.
Prepare case studies, checklists &price breakup’s
All corresponds with customers till execution of order, payment follow ups.
To send order acceptance with all required supporting as per PO, Incorporate necessary amendments, send ABG,PBG etc. send inspection call after getting confirmation from production and marketing.
Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the clients, negotiating terms with the client.
Provide execute case list & pending case list to sales team
Handling & responding to commercial queries of the clients.
Customer data set up & maintenance.
Create customer quotes, transporter regarding freight charges & for vehicle requirement and order processing.
Preparation of Pro forma invoice, Sales order & dispatch advice.
Coordinate with customers from receipt of payment/LC.
Handling dealership market as well as export customer.
Follow up of advance / balance payment with customers.
