Designation: Telesales Executive – Contact Centre
Role: Revenue Generation, Up sales, Outbound Calling.
• Responsible for handling Sales Calls for different telesales campaigns and provide Superior/Premium customer experience to all customers
• Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships
• Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales target for the process/campaign
• Calling up members and explaining the benefits of various product and services
• Using process scripts, product knowledge, and own communications skills to present the products and services to potential and existing customers and generate sales.
• The reps may use a script or best practices to ask their contacts qualifying questions and to present the features and benefits of the products/services
• Provide an elevated and superior experience to the customers and ensure a long term positive relationship is formed
• Asking appropriate questions to understand customer requirements , Effective Probing and need creation for paid packages
• Point of contact for customers with Product pitch, follow-up and closure (entire SPANCO to be followed)
• Ability to comprehend the customer’s requirement and match that with business targets along with meeting quality standards
• Follows up and ensures closure
• To achieve assigned Revenue, AOS and Order conversion targets
• Execute cross sell efforts as per focus of the processes at any given point in time
• Responsible for email communication externally / internally with clients
