Senior Sales Executive
Job Duties / Job Description :
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells / Lease Realestate Properties of Different Owners in all over Delhi NCR. products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Handle the client of his own and Do the deal
• Also have a team of 2/3 people and Handle the team as well.
• Maintain the relationship with Different Developers .
• Promote and Lease the different Developers Projects. Commercial Properties
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing Commercial Office Space on Lease or Sale and support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies office spaces in Delhi NCR and improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum 3-4 Years in sales / in same Industry
