Job Summary:
We seek skilled AC Mechanics to install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, diagnose, and repair AC units, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.
2. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and thermal issues.
3. Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, charging, testing).
4. Replace components (compressors, coils, fans).
5. Conduct safety inspections and recommend repairs.
6. Use specialized tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, recovery units).
7. Collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as an AC mechanic.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Technical training in HVAC/R (e.g., NATE, R-410A).
4. Valid certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE Certification).
5. Physical ability to work in confined spaces.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with commercial AC systems.
2. Familiarity with building automation systems.
3. Supervisory or leadership experience.
4. Certification in specialized areas (e.g., chillers, HVAC controls).
Working Conditions:
