Job Summary:
We seek skilled Ductmen to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) duct systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, modify, and repair HVAC duct systems.
2. Fabricate and assemble ductwork components.
3. Inspect and test duct systems for leaks and proper function.
4. Troubleshoot and repair duct system issues.
5. Collaborate with HVAC technicians and other tradespeople.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
2. Familiarity with duct fabrication software.
3. Certification in specialized areas (e.g., welding, sheet metal work).
4. Leadership or supervisory experience.
Working Conditions:
1. Construction sites, outdoors.
2. Varied shifts (day, night, weekends).
3. Exposure to extreme weather conditions.
