Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to menu specifications
Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
