Key Responsibilities:

2. Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance.
3. Dig, excavate, and move materials.
4. Collaborate with crew members and other operators.
5. Follow safety protocols and regulations.
6. Maintain accurate records (logbooks, inspection reports).
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience operating digging equipment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Valid certifications (e.g., OSHA, NCCCO).
4. Physical ability to work in varied environments.
5. Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with various digging equipment.
2. Familiarity with GPS-guided equipment.
3. Certification in specialized areas (e.g., trenching, excavation).
4. Supervisory or leadership experience.
