Job Summary:
The Helper is responsible for assisting skilled workers or supervisors in carrying out day-to-day operations, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians, operators, or team leaders in daily tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials or tools as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Perform minor maintenance or support duties as directed.
Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th grade pass.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene.
Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Prior experience as a helper or labourer (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Environment:
