Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Install and configure thermostats and control systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and preferences
- Work with other technicians and contractors to complete projects

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and materials
- EPA Section 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients

Certifications/Licenses:

- EPA Section 608 certification
- NATE certification (or willingness to obtain)
- State-specific licenses (if required)

Working Conditions:

- Work will be performed in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings
- May be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
