Job Title: Interior Finisher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finisher to join our construction team. As an Interior Finisher, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing interior surfaces and fixtures, ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and finish drywall, plaster, trim, molding, doors, and hardware
- Sand, tape, and mud drywall joints for smooth finishes
- Install and finish flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Hang and finish ceilings, including drop ceilings and acoustic panels
- Install and finish cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
- Perform finish carpentry tasks, such as staining, painting, and varnishing
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an interior finisher or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Certifications/Licenses:

- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Certification in interior finishing or a related field (e.g., drywall finishing, carpentry)

Working Conditions:

- Work will be performed on construction sites, both indoors and outdoors
- May be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
