Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We seek experienced Civil Site Engineers to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage construction sites, supervising labor, materials, and equipment.
2. Interpret designs, blueprints, and specifications.
3. Conduct site inspections, monitoring progress and quality.
4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Troubleshoot site issues, resolving conflicts and delays.
7. Prepare and manage project documentation (reports, records).
8. Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 3+ years of site engineering experience.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with construction management software.
2. Familiarity with quality control procedures.
3. Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA).
4. Leadership or project management experience.
Working Conditions:
